We are looking for an outgoing, goal-oriented, self-starter to join our Sales Business Development Center Team. As a member of Graff Mt. Pleasant’s BDC team, you will be given the opportunity to grow your earning potential based on the satisfaction of the customers you interact with daily. Your daily interactions with our customers are the first step to getting them in the door, interacting with our sales team, and leaving our lot happy with their vehicle purchase!
Answer all incoming BDC calls/emails according to script guides and schedule appointments for Sales Department; Log all customer comments and interactions into CRM tool; Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made; Contact customers using phone calls and email to schedule appointments for Sales Department; Follow-up with Sales Department on scheduled appointments; Generate emails and postcards according to contact timelines; Maintain a positive attitude and great customer service at all times.
Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ Years of Customer Service/Sales experience. College experience preferred, but not required. Previous sales or BDC experience preferred, but not required. Must have a customer service mentality and be highly-motivated. Position requires contacting customers via phone and email daily. Training provided.
Graff Buick GMC Cadillac is currently looking for a full-time, experienced Service Advisor to join our team!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: promptly meet and greet customers in a professional, enthusiastic manner; offer diagnostic services or repairs to satisfy customer concerns; provide accurate estimates for all recommended services/repairs and obtain authorization; check status of repairs throughout the day and continually communicate with the customer; contact service customers upon completion of services; maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Good communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate in person, over the phone, and in writing; ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; High School diploma or equivalent, must be detail oriented and well organized; basic computer skills/familiarity required. Minimum 2 years experience required. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, physical and valid driver license with good driving record.
