Customer Service/Business Development Center Representative

Business Development Center
We are looking for an outgoing, positive, goal-oriented person to join our BDC team. As a member of Graff Mt. Pleasant’s BDC team, you will be given the opportunity to grow your earning potential based on the satisfaction of the customers you interact with daily.

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming BDC calls/emails according to script guides and schedule appointments for Sales Department; Log all customer comments and interactions into CRM tool; Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made; Contact customers using scripts to schedule appointments for Sales Department; Follow-up with Sales Department on scheduled appointments; Generate emails and postcards according to contact timelines; Maintain a positive attitude and great customer service at all times.

Requirements

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ Years of customer service experience. Previous sales and BDC experience preferred, but not required. Outgoing, positive attitude a must. Training provided.

Service Advisor

Service
Graff Buick GMC Cadillac is currently seeking a Service Advisor. Automotive experience preferred, however we will train the right candidate. We are looking for the right candidate who will take ownership of the customers experience, allowing the dealership to leave an impressionable experience with the customer.

Responsibilities

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Promptly greet customers and assist them with any inquiries they may have Perform vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns to enable the Technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle. Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet departments sales forecast Consult with customer on applicable service needs and specials. Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request. Document declines for services and ask for follow-up on future service considerations. Establish and maintain a close relationship with the customer Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes. Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns can be addressed. Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled. Spend quality time building relationship with the customer. Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicle.

Requirements

Experience a plus but not necessary. Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required. Must consent to, and pass, a drug/background screening. Strong communication skills in serving customers and working with employees; required to maintain the profitability of their teams while maintaining customer satisfaction; and must understand and keep abreast of manufacturer training and regulations that affect their operations.
